Adding visuals to written content helps to capture the attention of your audience, makes your content easier to understand and adds interest to your marketing campaigns.
We suggest designing high-quality images using the specifications described in this article.
Image
Add a static image located on your computer or in your preloaded Files section.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select the Image icon.
Step 3 - Select your image from preloaded files, or upload a new file.
Step 4 - Add destinations, conditions, effects and alt text to your images as necessary.
Alt-texts are also called "alt tags" and "alt descriptions". If the image fails to load on a user's screen this text will appear in its place. This text also helps screen-reading tools describe images to visually impaired readers and allows search engines to better crawl and rank websites.
External Images
Add a static image from an external online source.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select External Images.
Step 3 - Navigate to the website where your source image is located and copy the image address by right-clicking on the image and selecting "Copy Image Address". It's also possible to make your external image unique to each customer by inserting a personalisation tag that will link to a URL in your customer list.
Step 4 - Navigate back to Mobiz and paste the image address in the Image URL bar by right-clicking and selecting Paste.
Step 5 - Add in a Destination for your image - this can be the same as, or different from, your image URL. While the Image URL provides the creative, you may still want to redirect to a different destination.
Step 6 - Tapping on No Margin will remove any spaces around your image.
Step 7 - Click Save and add destinations, conditions, and effects as necessary.
