Single Answer
Add a question that requires users to select one answer from multiple options.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Single Answer.
Step 3 - Select your desired Style - Radio Buttons or Dropdown.
Step 4 - Enter Label text (such as "Select one of the following"), and use Label Style as needed.
Step 5 - Enter the options in the space provided under Answer Option.
Step 6 - Add new options as needed by tapping on Add Option.
Step 7 - Use the up/down arrows to the left of the option text to re-order your options.
Step 8 - Use the Selected button to the right of the option text to highlight a specific option as the default choice.
Step 9 - The magic wand to the right of the option text will allow you to add Animations, such as show, hide, or scroll to content according to the user's selection. You can learn more about animations here.
Step 10 - Click Save and add conditions and effects as necessary.
Multiple-choice answer

Step 3 - Enter Label text (such as "Select three of the following"), and use Label Style as needed.
Step 4 - Specify the Minimum Number of Selections, as well as the Maximum Number of Selections the end user needs to make.
Step 5 - Enter the options in the space provided under Answer Option.
Step 6 - Add new options as needed by tapping on Add Option.
Step 7 - Use the up/down arrows to the left of the option text to re-order your options.
Step 8 - The magic wand to the right of the option text will allow you to add Animations, such as show, hide, or scroll to content according to the user's selection. You can learn more about animations here.
Step 9 - Click Save and add conditions and effects as necessary.
Rating
Add a rating component and edit for various use cases and styles.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Rating.
Step 3 - Enter Label text (such as "Please rate our service"), and use Label Style as needed.
Step 4 - Specify the Symbol style of your choice, as well as the Number of symbols.
Step 5 - Select the Default Value - this value is displayed on the rating component before the user inputs their rating.
Step 6 - Unfilled Color allows you to select the colour of the symbol before a user has selected their rating.
Step 7 - Filled Color is the colour that will be displayed once the user has selected their rating.
Step 8 - Click Save and add conditions and effects as necessary.
Confirmation
Confirm customer information or request acceptance of content such as Terms and Conditions.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Confirmation.
Step 3 - Enter Label text (such as "I agree to the T's & C's"), and Style as needed.
Step 4 - Specify the Default setting for your confirmation - Checked or Unchecked.
Step 5 - Tick the box for Must be checked to submit form to prevent submissions where the user has not confirmed the information.
Step 6 - Use the Animation tab to hide or show content, such as a two-stage confirmation or conditional confirmations. You can learn more about animations here.
Step 7 - Click Save and add conditions and effects as necessary.
Submit button
Add this button to allow user to submit a form or survey they have filled in.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Submit Button.
Step 3 - Choose your Type - you can select a default Button, or add in your own Image. If you select Image, you will need to choose your layout, for example, Layout - Small (Left).
Step 4 - Enter Label text (such as "Submit my results"), and Style as needed.
Step 5 - Width will determine the size of your Button - Default or 100%.
Step 6 - Select which set of data you would like to complete and submit by selecting the appropriate page from Input Set Title.
Step 7 - Click on None (highlighted in blue) and enter the Destination. The destination can either be the next page of your form or a "Thank You" page.
To create a "Thank You" page, select Go To Page and Create New Page, type in the name for your new page and select Save.
Note: You will still need to navigate to this page and create your "Thank You" page content.
Step 8 - As forms and surveys can span multiple pages, the Complete the input set? checkbox allows you to end your data collection when you are ready. Selecting this checkbox indicates that this is the end of your form.
Step 9 - Click Save and add destinations, conditions and effects as necessary.
Text Answer
Add plaintext to your templates and include text links and personalisation.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Text Answer.
Step 3 - Enter Label text (such as "Enter your name"), and Style as needed.
Step 4 - Preset allows the fields to be pre-populated with the customer's data. For example, use personalisation tags to input the customer's current details, such as #{{First Name}} #{{Last Name}} - if the information is correct, the customer does not need to re-type it. If it is incorrect, they are still able to make changes as necessary.
Step 5 - Placeholder Text remains in the answer bar until the user types in their response and can be used as a prompt, such as "Enter your phone number."
Step 6- Choose your required Format, such as Text, Email, Phone number etc.
Step 7 - Click the Required field box to ensure the user cannot submit without providing an answer.
Step 8 - Box Style allows you to edit the font, colours, borders etc. for the entire text box.
Step 9 - Enter specific Validation criteria, such as min/max character length, values, dates etc.
Step 01 - Click Save and add conditions and effects as necessary.
Comment Box
Add a box where users can input a long text answer.
Step 1 - Click on Add Content from your templates editing mode.
Step 2 - Select Comment Box.
Step 3 - Enter Label text (such as "Share your thoughts below"), and Style as needed.
Step 4 - Preset allows the fields to be pre-populated with the customer's data. For example, use personalisation tags to input the customer's current details, such as #{{First Name}} #{{Last Name}} - if the information is correct, the customer does not need to re-type it. If it is incorrect, they are still able to make changes as necessary.

Step 6 - Box Style allows you to edit the font, colours, borders etc. for the entire text box.
