Destinations are helpful to direct your customers to specific content, links, or external sites when they tap on any of the creative features with a destination assigned.

You can add destinations to help your customers get in touch with you, view your products and catalogs, process payments, or upload files. These are a great way to increase engagement and add value for your customers.

Include contact information so your customers can communicate easily.

Step 1 - You can add a destination to your creatives when first adding the content to your template, or by tapping on Edit from an existing creative in your template.

Step 2 - From the Edit mode, click on the None (highlighted in blue) under the Destination header.

Step 3 - Select your Destination type name from the list provided.

Step 4 - For Call, SMS, Whatsapp and Email simply insert the appropriate URL or contact number.

Step 5 - Click Save and if you would like, test the destination link from your template.
