Once you have designed the content for your campaign, it's helpful to have it readily available while populating your template.
Use the Files interface to upload images and sort them into folders to use in your template designs.
Step 1
First off, we recommend numbering your folders on your computer according to your Mobiz template pages. This helps keep your files organised and easy to find. For example, 1. Home page, 2. Women's clothing, 3. Men's clothing etc.
Step 2
From the Mobiz platform click on Files from the left-hand panel of the dashboard to open the interface.
Step 3
Select the relevant destination for your new files from the dropdown menu in the left-hand panel. By default, your files will be uploaded into My Files, either in a general folder or in a sub-folder which you have created.
My Files: serves as your default folder - files you upload will automatically appear here. Add sub-folders to organise your files according to brand or template.
Shared Files: accessible to anyone within your enterprise that has access to the Mobiz platform.
Common Files: comprises of commonly used creatives such as social media icons, which have been preloaded for your convenience.
Submittal Files: files that have been uploaded directly through the file uploader functionality on templates (using the available features).
Received/Imported Files: files received from other users on the Mobiz platform will appear here, as well imported files.
Step 4
Click on Folder Functions, then Add Folder.
Step 5
Name your folder to correspond with your page name and number, using the same names you used for the folders on your computer. Repeat this process until you have created all the necessary folder locations.
Step 6
Now that you have each folder destination ready, it's time to start the upload process. Select the correct folder, then click on New File to reveal the upload window. Simply click on this window to choose the files from your computer. You can select a single file or multiple files at once. Once selected, click Open to continue.
Step 7
Once you have selected all the files, they will appear in the window. Click Upload to start the process.
Step 8
When your files have finished uploading they will appear in your selected folder destination, ready to use in your template.
Step 9
Should you need to delete, move, or download a file from a folder, simply select the file and then click on the relevant icon.
Now that you have all your content uploaded, it's time to put your template together:
