By combining the power of hyper-personalisation and content conditioning, our platform allows you to create and send tailored, content-rich, campaigns to your customers. These customer-unique campaigns drive higher engagement rates and boost conversions.

To help you better understand how personalisation and conditioning work, we've added the most frequently asked questions below.

Personalisation

Q: What are personalisations?

A: Personalisations allow you to add customer-specific, dynamic content to your campaigns. Include customer details such as customer name, account number, outstanding balance, or other fields contained within your database. Learn more about personalisation here.

Q: What types of personalisation are available?

A: There are two categories of personalisation, namely SMS copy personalisation and landing page personalisation. Both categories use your customer database entries to dynamically pull customer details into your SMS or landing page.

To illustrate, we've included two examples below:

  • Example 1: SMS copy personalisation.

Address your customer by name within the SMS copy. For example, "Hi {{First Name}}, Get 50% off the latest fashion just for you! {{LINK}}."

  • Example 2: Landing page personalisation.

Include your customer's name on the landing page. As shown in the image below.

Conditions

Q: What are conditions and how are they used?

A: Conditions are used to control who sees specific content within the template. These can be based on market segments, such as gender, age, or income bracket, and are pulled directly from the headings and data within your customer list.

This allows you to dynamically serve each customer category with different content based on their data in your database. You can learn more about conditions here.

Note: Condition tags are case sensitive, and will need to match the database heading.

Q: Am I limited to the number of conditions used per page/template?

A: Conditions are unlimited provided that the information is listed in your customer database.

Q: What is the difference between personalisation and conditions?

A: personalisation allows you to add customer data to your SMS or landing page template as part of your content. Conditions allow you to show specific content to particular users in your database depending on the targeted data.
