Choose Web & QR Code campaigns to create a landing page with a customisable URL. These campaigns are not sent via SMS but are accessed through a URL or through a scanned QR code. These are ideal for acquisition and lead generation campaigns as they are not necessarily targeted at your customer database.

Once you have created your template you can set up your campaign for deployment to your customer database.

Step 1 - From the Mobiz dashboard, click on Campaigns from the left-hand panel.

Step 2 - Select the appropriate folder to which your campaign will be saved, or create a new folder by tapping on Folder Functions, then Add Folder.

Step 3 - Once you have the appropriate folder selected, click on New Campaign in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard.

Step 4 - From the options presented, select Web Link (QR Code) as shown below.

Step 5 - Add your Campaign Name and select your Campaign Brand. If you only have one brand, it will be selected by default.

Step 6 - Once you've given your campaign a name, you'll be prompted to add in the set-up data.

  1. Customer Data - Choose the customer database that will be updated when the end-user submits information into your template through a form. This article will explain how to upload or create a new customer database.

  2. Web Template - Select your pre-designed template, or start from scratch by tapping on Create New. If you choose to create a new template you will need to add in all the necessary content.

  3. Tag Matching - If you have conditioning or personalisation tags in your template you will be prompted to match these to your column headings in your customer database. Refer to the colour guide (pictured below) to see which columns are Matched, Not Matched, and Auto Matched.

Step 7 - Once you have added or created the customer database, selected the template, and matched the tags, click on Complete Setup in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. This will create your new campaign and redirect you to the campaign dashboard.

Step 8 - Now that you have created your campaign it's time to create your engagements. You can create multiple engagements within the same campaign group. Click on Add Web Codes to get started.

Step 9 - Complete the details of your Web Code to build the structure of your QR code.

Engagement Name - Give your QR code a name for tracking purposes.

Domain - Select the web domain URL to which the user will be redirected when scanning the QR code. This can be a Mobiz hosted domain or your own domain if you have integrated one into the Mobiz platform.

Code - Enter a unique code linked to the web domain URL which will display the URL the customer sees, or click on Generate (highlighted in blue) to auto-generate a random code.

Budget - Specify the maximum amount of budget you'd like to allocate to your campaign.

Once you've added in all the details, click on Save to create your QR code engagement.

Step 10 - Once you have created your new engagement it will reflect on your dashboard as shown below. The information you entered before will be displayed as well as some basic analytics for Unique Access and Page Views.

View additional menu options by clicking on the cog symbol on the right-hand side of the panel. This allows you to edit the basic information related to your campaign, Pause/Stop your engagement, as well as view the QR code with the Get QR Code function. View and download the QR code for use in other campaigns, on printed media, or social media/webpages.

Step 11 - Use the Get QR Code function to customise your QR Code colours and choose your download size, then click on Download or copy the HTTP link. Insert this QR code into any campaign on the Mobiz platform, printed materials, or social media and web campaigns.

This will link the customer back to your landing page and campaign in the Mobiz platform, from which you will be able to monitor analytics and campaign interactions.
